Am in the process of clearing up my Gmail account. Over the years, the tendency is to archive everything -- except for spam, of course -- but in reality much of the stuff archived is disposable. Now, I have well over 70K e-mails, the overwhelming bulk of which I shall never revisit and are not worth keeping. So, I'm going through them and deleting them to clear up some space. But what a service Gmail is. We tend to forget but Gmail was such a revelation when it first came out. It really revolutionized things.
